Custom Aluminum Windows & Doors for U.S. Projects

Review opening schedules, energy targets, structural design pressures and documentation early. Requirements can change by state, city, building type and site exposure.

Prepare an RFQ

Fantancy House has supplied customers in the United States. We use that market experience to frame each enquiry, while confirming the selected system, documentation and local requirements for the individual project.

Project-specific review

Questions to resolve before specifying a system

These points help structure a conversation. They are not a code interpretation, product approval or compliance declaration.

01

California energy targets

For permit applications on or after January 1, 2026, California’s 2025 Energy Code applies. Confirm the project-specific fenestration U-factor, SHGC and compliance path with the design team.

02

Ratings and product identity

If an NFRC rating or label is specified, verify the exact listed product, size, glazing and configuration in the NFRC directory. A general catalogue description is not a rating.

03

Coastal and high-wind locations

For Florida or other exposed sites, provide the jurisdiction, design pressures, opening dimensions and impact-glazing brief. Check the approval record and limits for the exact product and configuration; no approval is implied here.

04

Glass, frame and installation

Confirm glass build-up, safety glazing, frame reinforcement, water management, hardware and wall interface with the project professional.

05

Dealer and residential packages

Send a window-and-door schedule, finish selection, screens, hardware, destination and unloading constraints before requesting a consolidated quotation.

Send the location, schedule and performance brief

Market and code references do not confirm product compliance. Share the exact destination, opening list, drawings, glass and hardware requirements so the selected configuration can be reviewed.
